Michelle is a student at Marist College and will spend part of her summer here working at Applied Biomathematics. The position is a good fit; Michelle is an applied math major with minors in computer science and biology. She will bring her considerable training to bear on questions about endangered species and agricultural pest biology by helping us with the challenge of translating empirical data into the parameters and assumptions of quantitative models.
